Nestling within the town of Bodmin, the Westberry offers a central location from which to explore both the North and South Cornish coasts, the renowned Eden Project (10 miles) and Lost Gardens of Heligan (18 miles) near St Austell. The Poldark TV series filming locations are nearby, and the Doc Martin village of Port Isaac (Port Wenn) is only 30 minutes drive away, as is the grave of Sir John Betjeman (Poet Laureate 1972 – 1984) at St Enodoc Church, Trebetherick, the Cornish village that he loved so much, Bodmin and Wenford Railway makes for a great family day out with all year round events, and the Camel Trail is within one mile and is a popular cycle route to Padstow, passing the Camel Valley Vineyard and Wadebridge. If you are visiting Bodmin Jail for the paranormal evening, the Westberry is a good place to relax after your out-of-body experience – we are within walking distance.

Our versatile function suite makes an ideal venue for weddings, Christenings, birthdays, etc., with the option of a private bar & dance floor. It can be used for business meetings and training days with a variety of equipment available and free WiFi.
